Customer Service Representative
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) will drive a Company provided vehicle to provide sales support and parts delivery to customers in an assigned territory.
The CSR will assist the Senior Outside Parts Sales Consultants by providing their customers with exceptional delivery service to help support, develop and maintain customer relationships in their territory.
This is role is a steppingstone into an apprenticeship as a Parts Technician, Heavy- Duty Mechanic or Outside Parts Sales. It is an excellent training opportunity to learn our products and processes to grow and develop a career with our business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safe and responsible driving of a Company vehicle
- Perform daily delivery requests throughout their designated territory within the required time frame

Service Writer
Position Summary:
The Service Writer is the service customers first point of contact with the dealership. The Service Writer’s primary responsibility is scheduling customers repairs, ensuring proper & timely communication throughout the repair and finalizing the repair order at job completion.
The Service Writer works closely with the Service Team Lead and Service Manager to ensure customer satisfaction through communication and successful management of the repair.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to customers
- Book service appointments
- Open and close work orders within the required time frame
- Handle incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Deal with customer issues, requests, questions and complaints in a timely manner

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Credit Manager, they are responsible for maintaining and managing the daily accounts receivable functions of the company.
Primary duties include, but not limited to, ensuring timely customer collections of outstanding invoices, tracking payments, resolving billing discrepancies and maintaining accurate financial records.
They collaborate closely with other departments, such as finance, parts, service and sales/leasing.

- Send invoices, statements, and credit memos.

Position Summary:

The heavy equipment technician is required to perform skilled repairs and maintenance on heavy & medium trucks by trouble shooting major and minors mechanic problems, performing diagnostics and repairing/adjusting all necessary mechanical components to correctly complete the repair. Heavy-duty technicians are a vital part of our service team by providing our customers quality repairs in a timely manner to help get them back on the road.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Heavy Equipment Technicians – Red Seal Journeyman Truck & Transport Technician certificate is required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience repairing medium/heavy duty trucks is required. Experience in a dealership environment is an asset.
- High degree of product and technical knowledge with a well-rounded understanding of on-highway transport vehicles.
- Strong diagnostics skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task to ensure repairs are completed within the required time frame.
- Organized and self- motivated with good communication skills both written and verbal
